Digital Banking

Shell FCU's secure Digital Banking experience combines the mobile and desktop features in to a seamless look and feel on any Internet-Enabled device.

Digital Banking allows you to:

  • Access customizable and easy to use widgets
  • Hide and rearrange accounts and loans
  • Upload a profile picture and update your contact information
  • Personalize security preferences and alert options
  • View recent and pending transactions
  • Establish account and loan nicknames for easy visibility
  • Make and schedule transfers between your Shell FCU accounts, another financial institution or to Shell FCU members
  • Mobile Deposit access through the use of the App
  • Enroll and establish payments through Bill Pay
  • Register for card controls, submit a Travel Notice or set card notifications
  • View your credit card transactions, dispute transactions and request a new card
  • View quick links to helpful credit union information and links
  • Create a Savings Goal, monitor your Spending Analysis and adjust your Spend Forecast
  • Easily click links to apply for a variety of loans
  • Export account information to use with other computer software

Password Requirements

Your Password must be 8-32 characters long, contain at least one number, one capital letter, and can include these special characters !@#$%^&?*+=(){}|;'"]. We suggest selecting a Password that is complex yet easy for you to remember, and to include special characters in the middle of the Password, not just at the end. For best security, be sure to select a Password you have not used anywhere else online.

MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)

MFA provides an added layer of security and helps further protect you from online fraud and identity theft. Digital Banking will occasionally require a multi-step authentication by email or text message. The verification code used to authenticate your identity will be sent to the phone number or email address we currently have on file for you. If you choose the email option, please check your spam folder.

Two Factor Authentication settings can be customized within User Settings under the Security section. Google Authenticator is also available on the Security page should you choose to enroll. As always, Shell FCU is available to assist you with any questions.

Supported Browsers

Supported Browsers include Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge (Windows only), Firefox (macOS only) and Safari. Legacy Web Browsers, including Internet Explorer, are not supported at this time.
