What date is the upgrade taking place?
As of 9am on Oct 10, the Online Banking system is unavailable. During the next 24 hours we hope to complete the upgrade and get the New Online Banking service active again. We appreciate your patience.
Will I have to reset-up my bill pay?
No, your existing bills should be transferred to the new system.
Will my recurring payments transfer and still be scheduled in the upgrade?
No, recurrring payments did not transfer and will need to be reset.
Will my account and bill pay history still be on the system?
No, the history with the current Bill Pay system will not be moved over to the new Bill Pay system.

New Internet Banking and Bill Pay system will have new features and benefits, providing you better service.
What are the new features and benefits?
It’s easy to use, safe and secure, and it takes only minutes to register and setup. After you pay your bills online, you’ll have more control over your finances. You can receive, view and pay your bills all from one convenient location. You can even set up email alerts to remind you of bill arrivals.
Will my log-in and password change?
Yes, when you sign on initially to the new system you will enter the primary member number and the last 4 digits of the primary accountholder’s social security number. You will also be asked to set up security questions as added protection for your account information.
Is there a cost?
No, like the current Bill Pay, the new Bill Pay service is offered to members at no cost and with no limitations to the number of bills you can pay using Online Bill Pay services at Shell FCU.
