To be eligible to join, you must live, work, worship or attend school in Harris County, Texas or have an immediate family member who is currently a member.
 Persons who live, worship, work or attend school in and businesses and other legal entities located in Harris County, Texas (1/11/07); - Members of record of this credit union as of February 16, 2001 (the effective date of its conversion to a community field of membership);
- Employees of this credit union;
- Persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the above employment;
- Spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of this credit union;
- Members of their immediate families; and
- Organizations of such persons
