Shell Federal Credit Union is a Money Transfer Agent for Western Union, providing both Western Union Money Transfer® and Quick Collect® services to the community.
 Western Union services are available to anyone; you do not have to be a CU member to use their services. Personal information is required to complete a transaction and Shell FCU can verify member information and complete their Western Union transfers via fax. Non-members must, however, make Western Union transfers in person. (This is necessary to confirm identification). For more information you can call the Credit Union at 713-844-1100.
