From the Board of Directors

Dear Member,

As your Board of Directors, we welcome you to Shell Federal Credit Union. Our main task is to direct the business affairs, set policies, and direct the operation of Shell FCU in board meetings held regularly on the third Wednesday of each month.

The Board consists of seven directors who are elected at the Annual Meeting by Shell FCU members. The Board elects from its own membership the officers of the Credit Union, including a Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Secretary and Assistant Secretary. In addition to being a member of the Board of Directors, each Board member is required to serve on at least two committees and have a good attendance.
